Please read these terms carefully before using our consulting services for workplace performance optimization and strategic management of corporate relaxation spaces.
Deepsleep-brand provides consulting and training on office furniture ergonomics, ROI calculation of employee facilities, and overhead cost control. Services are intended exclusively for legal entities and adults with full legal capacity.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information regarding workspaces and organizational needs. Deepsleep-brand commits to delivering services according to agreed specifications, with professionalism and confidentiality. Any change in scope requires written consent from both parties.
Deepsleep-brand shall not be held liable for indirect losses, including decreased work performance or additional operational costs, that do not directly result from breach of contractual obligations. The total liability of Deepsleep-brand is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification to the email address info@deepsleep-brand.com. In case of failure to fulfill essential obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately.
Deepsleep-brand reserves the right to modify these terms with a 15-day notice, by publishing the new version on the website and notifying active clients. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
